JellyIV, a new brand in the hangover market, is on the lookout for a Creative Director/Social Video Content Creator with experience in social media, and content creation. Preferably, you have worked with influencers or brands in the industry. This role involves crafting engaging video content for a range of platforms, including organic social media channels (such as TikTok, and Instagram). The ideal candidate is highly skilled in video filming and editing, capable of strategic strategy, filming and producing content that captivates viewers and meets marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing and Production: Oversee the entire editing and post-production process, ensuring high-quality results that align with our brand and campaign goals. Utilize advanced editing techniques and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Content Creation for Diverse Platforms: Tailor video content for various platforms, understanding the distinct requirements and audience expectations of both paid and organic social media.
- Creative Development: Work with the team to conceptualize video campaigns that effectively communicate the desired message and resonate with target audiences.
- Quality Control: Maintain high video quality standards, ensuring all content is polished and optimized for maximum engagement.
- Technical Proficiency: Keep up with the latest video production software and trends to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our video content.
- Operational Involvement: Personally manage daily video production tasks, setting operational and creative benchmarks as the department grows.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Editing Software: Advanced skills in using top video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Leadership Potential: Experience in managing a team of influencers, video editors or similar roles is a significant advantage, as this role may involve hiring and leading junior video editors as the department expands.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive Problem Solver: A proactive attitude with the ability to independently identify and acquire the necessary skills or resources to ensure project success.
- Creative and Visual Acumen: A creative thinker with a keen eye for visual details, capable of crafting visually compelling content that engages diverse audiences.
