We have an immediate Full-Time, opening for a Tuesday to Saturday Front Counter and Admin Clerk in our Service Department. We’re looking for someone who can provide our customers with exceptional customer service during the drop-off or pick-up of their vehicle from the service department.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Front Counter and Admin Clerk is a Full-Time position located in our service department. They are responsible for greeting and helping customers as they enter the service department or call on the phone. They take payments from customers as they pick up their vehicle, and they communicate with customers to assure that they are completely satisfied with their service. This position also helps with appointment booking and office admin duties. The work shift for this position is Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm.
Specific job tasks consist of:
Greeting and helping customers who come into the service department.
Booking appointments.
Organizing and preparing paperwork for customers.
Processing payments for customers and fleet accounts.
Answering inbound phone calls and directing customers to the appropriate person.
Communicate with the service advisors and other departments to ensure the smooth workflow of customers vehicles.
Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Confirm customer satisfaction during pick-up process.
Maintain value, quality and integrity.
