Job Posting for E-Commerce Customer Service Associate at Nella Food Equipment
Nella Toronto is looking for a highly motivated e-commerce customer service associate to join our small, rapidly growing e-commerce team for our North York location! Responsibilities:
Assist customers with Online Chats, email and Phone calls
Provide quotation to customers with options available.
Answer phone calls and direct customers to the correct department or person.
Able to response to customers in a timely manner with quotations or response to inquiries.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Able to do multiple roles and be open to growth in other areas of e-commerce
Ability to assist customers with online inquiries/orders.
Requirements:
Understanding of Shopify & FreshDesk is an asset.
Knowledge of Autoquotes is an asset
Must have excellent professional English skills, both written and interpersonal.
Amazing customer service skills
Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
Quick learner and self-starter.
Organized, able to multi-task and coordinate priorities.
