Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Director, Project Portfolio Management, the Lead—Regional Quality Processes is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of initiatives or projects that are determined to be critical regional quality improvement priorities. The Lead has two broad areas of focus: 1) working with senior leaders within the organization to align and clarify quality improvement processes and supports to optimize the ability for implementation of regional quality improvement priorities, e.g. clinical program goals, departmental priorities for standardization, and 2) providing quality/process leadership for a small number of highly important and highly visible improvement initiatives.

Starting salary will be approximately from $86,398 to $107,997 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualfications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or relevant health care discipline and diploma level qualification in project management or equivalent;
• Five (5) to seven (7) years recent related experience in a project management capacity, and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups;
• Proven experience in strategic planning, people management, change management and risk management;
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
