Compensation: $18.00 per hour incentives

This is a full time position that requires someone who is dedicated and can provide an exceptional experience to our customers at all times.

You will be primarily responsible for making phone calls and scheduling appointments for customers.

You must be a professional and customer-orientated individual with excellent communication skills. 

You’ll love your position as a Appointment Coordinator: 

• Manage service appointment scheduling over the phone and by email. 
• Ensure every customer interaction is memorable and positive. 
• Solve customer concerns in a professional manner and escalate to management as required. 
• Explain all service options to customers including time and cost estimates. 
• Maintain detailed records for appointment booking and customer communications. 
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned or modified as necessary. 

We’d love to hear from you, if:

• A knack for connecting with customers and providing the best possible service.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and service offerings is an asset. 
• Excellent attention to detail and above average organization skills. 
• Must work well independetly and as a part of the fixed operations team.  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Valid G driver's license and clean driver's abstract. 
  
• Technically savvy.
