As Lead Order Management & Analytics, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our wholesaler network and providing tactical and analytical support to the business. The role reports directly into the Customer Relations Manager and will work closely with Trade, Supply Planning and BPA teams.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to collect reports, and intelligence from both internal and external stakeholders; format, consolidate and design analytics based on the collected data; and share insights cross-functionally to enable data-driven decisions and improve overall order management and distribution performance.
Responsible to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the business operations of external partners for the organization to support Finance (as primary contact), Business Franchises, and internal stakeholders by analyzing business performance and driving forecasting and planning processes, productivity initiatives, and internal projects.
Develop and organize policies and procedures relevant to Stock-in-Trade (SIT), Sales/Orders management; and continuously improve controls and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness in-alignment with Financial & Control Guidelines and Global Audit expectations.
Responsible to prepare sales forecast by evaluating relevant operational impact (Supply, Inventory, Trend and Distribution Costs) to accurately predict future orders. Additionally, identify potential risks and opportunities to adjust the forecast and provide recommendations.
Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to internal inquiries, customers’ plans, and support, advise and align with internal stakeholders in-light of the defined organizational priorities.
Supervise wholesaler network and participate in the monthly/quarterly business reviews by taking charge of any ongoing business issues with analytical reports.
Responsible to plan, monitor and control customer inventory and oversee day-to-day orders, as per the contract terms over the months with an especial focus on year-end. Timely share and align year-end plan to cross-functional team; formulate year-end order management strategy and keep stakeholders abreast of situations to ensure customer contract is maintained.
Assist cross-functional team on analytical or operational issues, support to evaluate and make recommendations to planning and forecasting, and partner with the Trade Team to find opportunities to support patients and business.
Drive digital agenda for SCM department for analytics leveraging Qlik Sense platform.
Essential Requirements:
University Degree (Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering preferred).
Experience in Finance with compelling data analytics skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a team player and pro-active attitude.
Leadership with proven problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
Knowledge of data analytics tools as Power BI, Sap Business Objects, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
Desirable Requirements:
3-5 years of pharmaceutical experience
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Access, and BPC
