Position: Marketing Coordinator/Office Manager

Job type: Full Time- Permanent

Location: 172 Belfield Rd, Toronto, ON

NutriAg Ltd. a world leader in Agriscience, is looking for the best and brightest to join our team.

Duties include:

· Managing office operations, overseeing administrative tasks and providing general administration support to the office and other departments as needed.

· Handling day to day matters of the facility maintenance at head office

· Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements

· Plan, schedule and arrange catering for head office events

· Provide detailed reports to the President of weekly progress on various marketing initiatives.

· Involvement in monitoring and responding to social media comments, while ensuring all communication meets the standards required by the organization.

· Proofreading and editing documents, web sites, marketing campaigns and communications for mistakes, typos, incorrect information.

· Assist with creating, coordinating and managing content on social media, blogs, email campaigns, website, and print materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice and presence.

· Ensure all technical marketing information is current and dialogued

· Procure and coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials and events.

· Plan all details for major tradeshows including logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and lead capture

· Collaborating with the management team, Sales staff and all other departments to implement strategies to promote products or services.

· Assisting in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisement.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Strong organizational skills and time management skills

- attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

- Marketing experience particularly in content creation, for trade shows, website and social media content

- 5 Years of Office management experience in Canada

- Event planning experience.

- Effective communication and teamwork for collaborating with colleagues across different departments
