Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and executing various projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Duties:
- Act as project managers to support project planning and execution
- Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Support vendor management activities and ensure vendor deliverables meet project requirements
- Utilize project management systems such as ServiceNow and Confluence to track progress and document project details
- Assist in implementing Agile methodologies within projects
- Support product management activities as needed
- Contribute to organizational initiatives related to project management
- Work within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
-High Proficency in Wood and Metal Framing, Drywalling, Mudding Taping, Flooring, Painting, Landscaping, and Roofing.
- Strong understanding of project planning and execution processes
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,511.06-$45,000.00 per year
