Oriole Café is a cozy and colorful cafe located in the heart of Vancouver. We pride ourselves on serving delicious food and drink with exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly when entering the cafe.

Process transactions using our point of sale system accurately and efficiently.

Process cash and card payments accurately

Maintain cleanliness and order at the checkout counter

Provide customers with information about menu items, special offers and promotions.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Great attention to detail and precision

Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Basic math skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $17.75 per hour
