Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cabinet Refinishing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Cabinet Refinishing Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming kitchen cabinets to their original beauty through refinishing techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess the condition of kitchen cabinets and determine the appropriate refinishing methods.

2. Prepare cabinets for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any damages.

3. Apply stains, paints, and finishes to cabinets to achieve desired aesthetics.

4. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every project.

5. Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for cabinet finishes.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cabinet refinishing techniques.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet refinishing.

2. Proficiency in various refinishing techniques, including staining, painting, and finishing.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

6. Physical ability to lift and maneuver cabinets and equipment.

7. Must drive and have a car.
