Head of Sales Training
Location: Toronto, ON (On-site/Field)
Compensation: $100,000 Base salary plus $5,000 QB OTE: $120,000
Job Purpose
To effectively manage and take ownership of all sales training provisions across Peninsula Canada. Taking responsibility for the successful delivery and development of the Peninsula Academy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• To work closely with the Senior sales leadership teams across Peninsula Canada to improve operational training execution.
• Project manage large scale training projects across the business, reporting back to Senior Leadership teams.
• Manage, monitor and review core metrics linked to training dependent on the Department, for example, sales performance, client/employee retention, external client reviews
• Identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies and changes where needed within each Department.
• Produce a weekly dashboard highlighting training deliveries, academy usage and any engagement challenges.
• To work in conjunction with a variety of Internal stakeholders across Canada, to continuously adapt and deliver super coaching.
• To design and update training and coaching documentation, ensuring this is utilized effectively.
• Identify themes and trends within training that have a potential impact on a department’s focus/ target.
What you Bring to the Team
• Proven track record of managing learning and development from induction - tenured sales people and team managers
• Can manage and create material for a full end to end sales induction (at interview we would require a portfolio of your work as examples)
• 5 plus years industry experience in training and enabling sales call centers
• Create and update sales material and roll out initiatives reactively for all sales teams.
• Work with marketing and salesforce team and create training material based on sales trends reactively and manage change
• Create weekly coaching plans for the department based on individual needs and provide analysis to managers based on training needs
• Manage the full end to end trailblazer induction and be responsible for their success alongside coaches
• To be able to provide weekly analysis on the sales enablement department
• To work with and manage key stakeholders from all over the business
