Data Entry Clerk

Pipetek Infrastructure Analysis and Data Management Division is seeking an Entry Level Sewer Assessment Data Entry Clerk for their Hamilton, Ontario office. The candidate will be involved in conducting condition assessments for sanitary and storm sewerage infrastructure based on CCTV inspections. Assessments will be conducted according to NASSCO PACP, MACP and the LACP Sewerage Rehabilitation Manual. Training on industry specific software will be provided.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the daily data coming in from the field.
• Understand all specifications of data in new and ongoing projects for final deliverables
• Coordinate submittal timelines with Project Manager
• Provide direction and support to the Project Manager
• Daily QA/QC of previous days filed work from Field Staff
• Must have attention to detail and have previous experience with Data Entry.
• Must have Microsoft Excel experience
• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, field staff and project manager.
• Provide feedback to Project Manager
• Provide feedback of employee performance to the Operations Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
