Job Summary
The Technical Support Specialist will be working at our offices in Vancouver and will be responsible for providing technical support during the whole sales process from creating tutorial content, performing pre-sales demonstrations to troubleshooting end-customer problems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to other engineers. As most of our customers have never seen or used a 3D scanner before, we need you to help show them what our products do and explain to them how they work.
You will assist customers in getting our products working on their computer systems, answer technical questions and present customer focused solutions in a friendly manner. Over time, you will become an expert in both Polyga's hardware and software products. As well, you will be responsible for basic office IT and support R&D by testing internal and external products as well as provide QA on our 3D products.
