Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pub Manager to oversee daily activities. As an ideal candidate, you’ll have a PHD in Pintology and proven experience in Beer Whispering where you communicate telepathically with the beer taps to ensure they are pouring properly. You’ll be highly skilled in team building, labor/sales Analysis within the Hospitality Industry and staff training and development. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to rebuild and achieve goals set and to develop a strategy to succeed. Your secondary responsibilities include keeping a straight face during karaoke disasters, and late-Night Philosophizing with our regulars!
Objectives of this Role
· Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
· Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s success.
· Train staff; servers, bartenders to mix drinks and pour pints with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a fast paced and demanding environment.
· Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, labor, and COG’s.
· Implement a strong customer Service strategy.

Skills and Qualifications
2 years in senior hospitality management.
· Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of store operations and customer service
· Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
· Working knowledge of management software programs, such as QuickBooks, and Visual Touch
· Strong Social Media skills
· Bilingual communication skills
