Position Overview
As a server you will orchestrate the dining room experience and provide unparalleled service to our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our culinary ethos and the essence of hospitality.
Responsibilities
DINING ROOM
- Prepare the dining area for service, ensuring the room is set to welcome guests with our standard of excellence.
- Check and perfect all details, from table setting to the ambiance, to guarantee a successful service.
Guest Experience & Engagement
- Provide attentive and personalized service, guiding guests through our offerings with expert knowledge and genuine warmth.
- Tailor each guest's experience by your thorough understanding of our bar, wine selections, and culinary principles.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager to uncover unique guest information and preferences, building our guest database.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our menus, including all bar and wine offerings, to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction.
- Actively engage in learning sessions and team briefings to deepen your understanding of our restaurant's ethos.
CLOSING & CLEANLINESS
- Execute end-of-service duties with efficiency, ensuring the dining area is reset, cleaned, and ready for the following service.
- Adhere to all cleaning protocols, maintaining an immaculate dining environment.
TEAM ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere, supporting and collaborating with your team to provide a cohesive guest experience.
- Contribute to team dynamics with a cooperative spirit and open communication.
STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE
- Uphold the restaurant's high standards of service, seamlessly integrating health and safety practices into daily responsibilities.
- Diligently follow our established policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence and guest safety.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant hospitality experience in a high end environment with a love of food, wine and cocktails and a desire to continue to grow and learn in an ever changing environment.
Serving it Right Certifications
WSET level 2 is an asset for this position.
We are currently looking for full time (4-5 days a week) availability with weekends and evenings being a must.
