Dog Groomer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Professional Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch grooming services.

Duties:

- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
- Handle pets with care and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area
- Monitor pet health and report any concerns to the appropriate staff

Experience:

- Willing to work in a busy environment on a large variety of dogs from tiny to giant, and calm to squirrely, as well as cope with a large variety of coat styles and clips.
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with pet owners
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary

This is not a commission job! We are busy year round and we pay hourly.

Qimmiq Kennels is an established kennel since 2008. Qimmiq has a variety of great clients, and hard working helpful and positive staff members. We are looking for someone who is also talented, hard working, has a passion for the dogs and wants to join our team.

Pet Paradise North will be moving over to Qimmiq in July 2024.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
