Job Posting for Field Service Technician at Quench
Reporting to the Director, Service & Supply Chain - Canada, the Field Service Technician is responsible for performing all service work on our filtered water systems, including bottleless water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. This includes installations, maintenance repairs, and preventative maintenance. The Field Service Technician also acts as the face of Quench, providing a positive customer service experience during site visits.

What you are great at doing:
Routinely changing water filters, cleaning and sanitizing water tanks, changing UV bulbs and clearing water lines.
Visually inspecting for leaks and malfunctions
Troubleshooting product for required repairs.
Professionally greet and interact with customers, explain what you are doing, explain the functionality of the coolers, and answer any customer questions.
Completing assigned installation and service routes in an efficient manner.
Communicating with your supervisor, customer service, dispatch, and other team members.
Following company inventory and tracking procedures.
Promoting and practicing proper safety procedures and correct use of company tools.
Following company and customer safety policies and procedures
Maintaining and complying with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures
Position Qualifications
Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and with acceptable driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment tests, including background check, criminal records, driver’s record check.

A strong technical and mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic plumbing and construction knowledge is an asset.
Water or Coffee systems experience is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to maintain proper attendance and punctuality standards.
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 70lbs.
Capable of ascending/descending ladders.
Working in kneeling, crouching, or bending positions.
Able to work with hand and power tools.
Work in high places and noisy, hot, cold, and tight environments.
