RareBuilt Homes Ltd. is a premier builder that has been focused on residential and acreage communities in the Calgary area for more than a decade. With some exciting new projects in the works we are growing our team and looking to add a host at two of our locations.

Summary - We are looking for someone who is energetic, a team player, enthusiastic and has excellent customer service skills. Key qualifications would be-

• 1-3 years experience working in a client services role.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about providing a top of the line customer experience to all prospects and customers.
• A passion for all things real estate.
• Outgoing, personable attitude.
• CRM software experience.
• Able to work show home hours.

Responsibilities:

• Touring prospective purchasers through the Presentation Centre, highlighting all features and benefits of the homes as needed.
• Providing an overview of the development, floorplans, finishings, and availability as needed.
• Communicate with prospects through text, email, phone, and in person at the sales centre.
• Document all needs in customer profile to ensure we can track a positive customer experience.
• Prospecting from current lead database.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
