As a dedicated office assistant you will be responsible for creating systems, graphic designing, executing strategies, managing the day-to-day operations and providing dedicated administrative support to the team, and, manage and perform office social media posts, engagement and content creation. The ideal candidate should be a tech-savvy, highly organized and self-motivated individual that is passionate about real estate. We will be highly selective for this role. Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website Maintenance and updates, Digital and Social Media Marketing, Create and Manage Instagram, Facebook and Google Ads Campaigns, Edit and promote online videos/YouTube.
- Administrative support: keeping track of all transaction documents, monitoring and notifying realtors of important deadlines, complying with procedures, and office filing, typing letters, Real Estate software
- Marketing Strategies
- Graphic Designing, Assist with Feature Sheets, and ad submissions.
- Provide complete support to other office administrators.
- Respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner if required.
- Outgoing calls as needed to Realtors, clients, etc.
- Research, create and implement systems and tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of work.
- Implement, organize and maintain filing systems, expenses, archives and files.
- Execute strategies with minimal direction.
- Prepare and assist with all transactional paperwork with the administration team.
- Prepare and assist with all listing paperwork with the administrative team such as Listing Agreements, etc.
- Manage and perform agents social media posts, engagement and content creation.
- Prepare, showing-ready property (Feature Sheets), when needed
- Prepare Value of Opinion letters with clear direction from agent, when needed
- Plan, book and coordinate events and meetings
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results when necessary for related tasks
- Enter notes on files
- Take care of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), if needed
- General Accounting, reviewing bills, calculating expenses, source deductions, HST Remittance, etc
- General CRM use and data input
- General reporting and workflow monitoring
- General administrative functions, assignments and deliveries as needed
- Other Administrative duties to be assigned as necessary
- Lone Wolf Technologies Software Programming Experience an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
