The Marketing & Communication Department is responsible for RC “voice” externally
and internally. This includes and is not limited to internal communications, memos, all
social media platforms, website, print marketing, signage, etc. The Marketing Manager
will be expected to
LEAD and OVERSEE these channels which demand the ability to problem solve and
work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
● Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
● Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
● Generating new business leads.
● Increasing brand awareness and market share.
● Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales department.
● Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
● Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
● Managing the marketing department's staff.
● Preparing and presenting Monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Executive
Team.
● Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
● Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
● Creation of video and image content for marketing channels
● Marketing campaign planning and execution
● Create marketing events
● Work in tandem with the sales department to establish email marketing campaigns
● Ensure the entire organization respects branding guidelines
● Create social media posts, promotional emails and other marketing communications
● Manage and update company database and customer relationship management
systems (CRM)
● Management of website SEO
● Prepare promotional materials and presentations
● Manage Google ad word account
● Manage social media accounts
● Manage social media ads
● This is primarily a work from home position however, the successful candidate will be
required to visit various locations to capture pictures/videos for marketing purposes
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
● 2 Years of Marketing Management experience
● Strong and effective verbal communication skills
● Proficient with the use of Google tools (Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google
Form)
● Previous experience with the use of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop,
Premier Pro) and social media management tools
● Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
● In depth understanding of SEO and able to manage SEO performance as well as
introduce industry best practices
● Able to work in a deadline driven environment
● Able to use creativity and think outside the box
● Reliable transportation required.

Salary: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
