Job Description:

Given our rapid expansion, we are seeking a corporate commercial lawyer with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, dedicated to delivering top-tier legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain primary conduct of a wide range of corporate commercial files, while receiving mentorship from experienced corporate counsel.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player while also exhibiting the capability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Qualifications:

• Qualified to practice law in British Columbia and in good standing with the Law Society.
• Experienced in incorporations, corporate reorganizations, and purchases and sales of businesses. Knowledge in commercial real estate and commercial leasing an asset.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
