Carpenter

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of carpentry, including masonry, electrical work, construction painting, and more. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fabricating and building, we want to hear from you.

Must be able to attend service calls for Property Management companies.

We service London, St. Thomas, Aylmer, Ingersoll, Woodstock, Chatham and surrounding areas.

Must have a vehicle and be able to work in a crew environment when necessary. Gas allowance provided.

Duties:
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures
- Execute small electrical tasks
- Complete construction painting duties
- Fabricate and build items according to specifications
- Utilize hand tools effectively
- Conduct flooring installations with precision

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency in masonry, electrical work, construction painting, and other related skills
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and their applications
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a Maintenance Person
- Familiarity with various flooring installation techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
