Property Accountant

Description

Our Surrey client is seeking a junior level Property Accountant to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get into the property management/development industry and grow with this organization.

The role will be responsible for assisting with ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting related to commercial real estate, residential real estate and hotel operations. The opportunity exists for this individual to gain excellent exposure to the real estate industry and build a long-term career with a rapidly growing real estate group. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has an eager attitude and the willingness to learn.

Requirements

An ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understands targets and deadlines.
• Exceptional addition to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft OƯice (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Experience in real estate property accounting and working with Yardi Voyager is highly preferred.
