NDT Trainee

TriQuest NDT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and provides full service non-destructive testing, inspection, and integrity services throughout North America to the Oil & Gas industry, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Power Generation, In-Service Piping, and Above Ground Storage Tanks.

We are currently seeking NDT Trainees to join and contribute to our team. This is a full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager and will be based out of Calgary with additional project support throughout Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Technicians in the set up and calibration of testing equipment.
• Assist Senior Technicians with Non Destructive testing techniques in the field.
• Adherence to safety regulations is a must.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Formal NDT classroom training.
• Reside in the Calgary, AB area.
• Field experience would be considered an asset.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to Work in Confined Spaces.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to work extended hours when required.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Willingness to travel throughout Canada to complete inspection projects.
