Operations Analyst
The Operations Analyst is instrumental in supporting the division's operational and procurement activities through detailed analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role demands a keen analytical mindset to drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across procurement and operational functions.

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
At least one year of professional experience.

What will you do?
Prepare and analyze quarterly budgets for auditing, forecasting, and variance reduction.
Collaborate with Central Procurement to manage tender documents and support procurement processes.
Manage updates to supplier allocations, specifications, and project details in collaboration with construction and project management teams.
Report on purchase order variances, providing insights for improved cost control and efficiency.
Analyze unit performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
Forecast material and labor requirements, reporting on strategic risks to cost control and quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives with detailed analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Add automation to creation of all internal and external processes to maximize time spent on analysis.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
