Join our dynamic team this summer and learn a new skill with a growing Ottawa-based company. Rubacrete specializes in rubber coatings for pool decks, garages, porches, and other areas.

We offer competitive hourly rates of $22.00 - $32.00 with full-time hours available.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Installer: We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work and is meticulous in their approach. As an Installer, you will be responsible for delivering the final product to our clients by installing rubber coatings over various prepared surfaces. Pay range from $22.00 - $32.00 per hour.

Preparation: This position is critical to the success of our projects. In the role of job preparation, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces by removing old coatings (paint, epoxy, stains) through grinding or pressure washing. All training will be provided for proper preparation techniques and equipment use. Pay range from $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.

All positions will meet on site at 7:30am or at our shop in Nepean for 6:30am. We work outdoors most days, training will be provided in shop.

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
