Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shingler to join our team at Rydel Roofing. As a Shingler, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs using various materials. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Shingler and years experience in the industry as a lead hand. Responsibilities:
- Install and repair roofs using shingles
- Utilize hand tools to cut, shape, and fit roofing materials
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure roofs are watertight
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shingler or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with various hand tools used in roofing projects
- Previous work as a maintenance person or carpenter in the construction industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
