General Labourer

Good Afternoon,

Today we are looking for a new service technician for our company.

The job would entail: Fire Extinguisher Servicing, Gas Monitor Calibration, Fall protection inspection, and pick ups and deliveries to numerous vendors in the Edmonton area on a daily basis.

SSC will pay for all schooling required for the above jobs.

This individual would do fire extinguisher inspection both onsite and in store. The locations for these services will variate, and we do service some very interesting places such as helicopter hangers, dealerships, construction sites etc. This individual would also be doing product pick ups from our vendors, and deliveries to customers on a daily basis. We would assign a company vehicle to this individual to complete these different tasks. This person should be physically fit as the fire extinguisher job itself is quite labor intensive.

The dress code is nothing special, we will provide you with SSC apparel such as t-shirts, long sleeves, and hoodies. You can then choose what items you want to wear on a daily basis. Other then that jeans and shoes are totally fine. The shift would be 7:30-5pm Monday - Friday. With that being said weekends are optional for individuals. If there is an excess of work to be done, SSC also offers overtime with no cap on how much an individual can do. This job will be based out of Spruce Grove, and consist of very little, to no out of town work.
