Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and CRM software
- Knowledge of supply chain and 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is a plus
- Familiarity with AS400 or similar systems is an advantage
- Understanding of freight forwarding processes is beneficial
- Experience in sales management or account management is desirable
