Reporting to our Head Cashier, the Cashier's role is so much more than just processing transactions. You'll be the positive greeter at our front end, effortlessly managing customer sales and transactions with efficiency and enthusiasm.

You'll handle customer transactions with a cheerful demeanour, making every interaction a delightful experience. Your attention to detail will shine as you keep our front end clean, tidy, and inviting, ensuring our customers feel welcomed the moment they step through our doors. From scanning items and processing payments to answering customer inquiries and providing stellar service, you'll be the linchpin of our customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet Customers as they arrive
• Scan merchandise and goods at the cash register
• Receive and process payments
• Processing customer sales and transactions
• Ensuring the front end of the greenhouse is clean and free of debris
• Assist customers
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service
• Previous cashier retail experience
• Experience with Retail Pro is considered an asset
• Able to work as part of a team
