• Summary:

Looking for Support Home/ Roommate Companions. Supporting individuals in your own home to live as independent as possible. Responsibilities will include providing daily living skills, recreation and leisure activities.

• Qualifications:

Diploma in Rehabilitation and/or related education (preferred).

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required.

A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required.

Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification.

Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required.

Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.

• Salary: $1750- $2200/ Month depending on support needs.
