Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team in the building of the highest quality custom saunas and cold plunge tanks. You must be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and desire to inspire those around you. You must live in the Calgary area and be willing to travel occasionally for projects within Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Developing innovative designs, building practices and processes
• Blueprint interpretation
• Foundation layout and installation
• Framing
• Exterior finishing including: window and door installation, siding and roofing (must be comfortable working with multiple types of materials)
• Interior finish carpentry
• Job site management

Experience / Certification

• Red seal carpenter or equivalent
• No less than 5 years experience in the construction industry
• Previous work experience in a leadership role
• Previous work experience/knowledge in residential plumbing and electrical
• Class 5 drivers license
• Sauna/wellness Enthusiast

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
