Function of Role
The Operations Manager- Agent Network is responsible for performance and relationship assigned Agents, both comingled and dedicated client contracts

Min 2 site visits per year per agent site
-Drivers Conduct
-Property Damages
-Lost or damaged items
-Client Escalations
-FSA or service day issue
