This role will include compensation, analyzing salary data, and providing advice and assistance to management colleagues and staff on more complex human resources matters.
You will support the implementation of the group's human resources strategy to enable all colleagues to maximise their contribution to the Scott Bader Commonwealth and its objectives, and to undertake related HR projects.
Some of your key responsibilities include: - You will review and maintain global benefits programs, recommend changes based on market changes, and work with country HR representatives to ensure local benefits are aligned with global principles and the local market.
- You will lead the group's annual salary review process, which includes collecting data for forecasting and budgeting processes, preparing and communicating overall processes to HR representatives in the countries, issuing spreadsheets to capture proposed increases, consolidating proposals to enable approval.
- You will be responsible for the group's compensation and benefits policies and procedures while leading the salary and benefits benchmarking process to ensure that our salaries and benefits remain competitive in local markets.
- You will be our super-user of the HRIS system to help line managers and HR representatives in the country to ensure that all compensation and benefits information is entered in a timely manner and is accurate.
- You will develop and review our benefits communications strategy, including new employee orientation materials, ongoing employee communications, and annual membership communications.
What do I need to succeed in this role? - We would love you to have experience with payroll software such as Immedis.
- You have knowledge and previous experience in managing complex emergency cases.
- You are a data-driven individual with the ability to effectively review and interpret data, producing meaningful results.
- You have a solid understanding of Canadian labour law.
- If you have a track record of coaching, motivating, and influencing at the executive level, this will put you in a good position to succeed in this role.
