Position Overview


We are looking for a high-performing Partnership Manager to identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with vendors and resellers. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong, mutually beneficial relationships to promote and sell partner products, ensuring collaboration and success across all partnerships. You will focus on developing strategic alliances, driving revenue growth through partnership channels, and fostering long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with key vendors to promote and sell their products, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and business goals.
  • Build and manage a network of resellers, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and tools to promote and sell products effectively.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing and cross-promotion initiatives with vendors and resellers to increase brand awareness and grow mutual sales.
  • Lead negotiations with partners to establish beneficial agreements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide partners with training, sales materials, and ongoing support to maximize their ability to sell products successfully.
  • Monitor the success of vendor and reseller partnerships, providing regular reports on performance, sales, and partnership effectiveness.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the successful integration and promotion of partner products.
  • Act as the key point of contact for any challenges or issues that arise within partnerships, working to resolve them quickly and effectively.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to grow the company’s partnership ecosystem, expand market reach, and drive revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or vendor relationship management.
  • Proven track record in building and managing successful partnerships with vendors and resellers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in sales enablement, including providing training and resources to partners to drive sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on resolving partnership challenges efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than five years of experience in a similar role, particularly managing high-profile vendor partnerships.
  • Experience in developing and executing joint marketing or sales initiatives with partners.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or partner management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting on partnership KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, product).
  • Experience in developing long-term strategies to expand the partnership ecosystem and grow revenue.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
