Mover/Driver

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mover/Driver to join our team. As a Mover/Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires physical strength, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and other items
- Secure items in the truck to prevent damage during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate moving logistics
- Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and report any issues promptly
- Assist with packing, wrapping, and organizing items as needed
- Adhere to proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or moving environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus

Salary: $16.55-$29.68 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 25 per week
