At Brantford Window Cleaning, we are a local Window Cleaning, Eaves Cleaning, and Pressure Washing business serving Brantford, Brant County and Haldimand County. We are returning for another season of operations after great success in 2023. In business, success and growth often go hand in hand, which is why we are looking to expand our team in 2024!

THE SALES ASSOCIATE

Our Sales Associate positions, are an advanced entry opportunities for those looking to develop or further their sales experience. This position will put you in actual face to face interactions with potential clients that we are looking to service this year.

Maybe you do, or maybe you don't, have experience with sales. What we are actually looking for, are coachable people that are willing to learn how to sell, build relationships with clients, and work together with us to achieve our business goals. We are willing to teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this position, only if you are willing to further your professional development.

JOB DUTIES:

• Sourcing Leads (Outdoor marketing sessions, dispersal of flyers, etc.)
• Client Communication (Calling clients, scheduling quotes)
• Quoting Projects (Visiting clients, providing detailed estimates on our services)
• Booking Sales (Booking clients in for the Spring/Summer!)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Driving Capability (Access to a vehicle and an official Ontario Driver's License (Minimum: G2))
• Time Commitment (15-25 hours/week)
• Availability (Afternoon, evening and weekend availability)
• Excellent Communications Skills (High in integrity with employers, coworkers, and clients)
• Mobile Device (Data, talk, text)

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
