Parts Technician

Silverwood Toyota is an automotive dealership and parts centre looking to add a Back Counter Parts Person to our talented Parts Team.

The successful individual will be a team player focused on efficiency, will have strong quality of workmanship, good attention to detail.

A strong background in diagnosis and repair is preferred and a current, clean driver's abstract is required.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assist customers in person and on the phone.
• Store parts according to special order and stock items.
• Quote and supply parts to service shop.
• Source and order parts as required by the customer.
• Order, organize and package wholesale orders as they are completed.

DO YOU HAVE:

• A passion for import automobile service and upgrades?
• A positive outlook, a "can-do" attitude?
• A passion for wholesale and retail?
• A superior knowledge of the tools, practices and methods to complete mechanical maintenance and repair job
• Customer Service focused
• Strong Computer skills including processing orders, receipting orders, invoicing and returns.
• Reliable and Professional attitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Product knowledge of Automotive Parts and Accessories.
• Apprentice to Journeyman Parts Technician Trade Ticket and asset.
• Toyota Dealer experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• MUST HAVE VALID CLASS 5 DRIVERS LICENSE

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
