As a Talent Manager at SmallScreen, you will manage a roster of influencer talent, playing a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and delivering projects and campaigns for your roster. SmallScreen is seeking a social, detail-oriented, and high-character individual who wants to work with some of the world's largest influencers and brands.
Responsibilities:
Manage a roster of creators and book deals on their behalf.
Work on multiple deals simultaneously with 10-20 clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating with brands, creators, and agencies from start to finish on each deal.
Source and negotiate projects and campaigns to ensure successful execution and maximum opportunities for your talent.
Qualifications:
1 years of experience in marketing, project management, talent management, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
