Duties include:
- Answering calls for all 8 locations, and directing call to the correct lines/employees.
- Delegating tasks for a team of 3.
- Daily cash handling and balancing.
- General office duties, such as sorting mail and filing invoices.
We are looking for someone who:
- 3-5 years of experience of customer facing experience
- Excels in a team environment
- Comfortable with taking the lead within a team
- Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and cash handling
