As a Warehouse Worker at Sphirea Plus, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the receiving, storing, and shipping of products within our warehouse. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
