Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing person to take on the role of Sales and Marketing Specialist. Integral to and supported by the Sales and Marketing team, you will be accountable for marketing activities and corporate communications. As an ideal candidate, you possess strong communication skills, solid organizational abilities, and a passion for sales and marketing. Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as campaign launches, trade shows, and community outreach activities
• Provide support during marketing events, present our products and services, and engage with customers and participants
• Support and assist the corporate clients of our telecom services, and support our other lines of business
• Ensure delivery of next-level customer service with the help of our Customer Care team

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, feedback, and respond promptly and professionally
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Corporate Communications and Content Creation

• Assist and lead in the creation of:
• Articles
• Press releases
• Corporate presentations
• Website content
• SMS campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing campaigns
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines

Market Research

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors’ activities, to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
• Compile and analyze data from market reports to gain insights into target audiences and market opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations for the Sales and Marketing team

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Collaborate with the Customer Care team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with marketing efforts
• Develop engaging and fun concepts for promotions and marketing events

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, or equivalent education
• Must be fluent and proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
