Our well established, conveniently located, Registered Massage Therapy clinic is in search of an administrator to join our team. If you are looking for a satisfying career, in a friendly and welcoming environment, then we may be the right fit for you.
As a successful candidate, you will provide excellent customer service, both in person, and on the phone. You should be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual, organized, have great time management skills, and capable of multi-tasking. This position requires the ability to manage the front desk, and clinic operations with confidence, patience, efficiency and accuracy.
Previous office and/ or clinical experience and knowledge is an asset but not required. Experience and knowledge of the use of direct billing platforms such as Telus Health, Blue Cross, ProviderConnect, etc. is a major asset. Preference will be given to candidates with reliable transportation who may be able to cover admin shifts at our 2nd location (Jasaper ave & 124 st, Edmonton) on rare occasions, as needed. Medical or office administration backgrounds are welcome to apply. All ages welcome to apply. This position requires strong written and spoken English skills.

Schedule:
Evenings and weekends only. All weekday day shifts are fully covered. Some flexibilty in which evening and weekend shifts are available.
