Job Responsibilities
- Coach field crews to ensure all STACK, client and regulatory policies are adhered.
- Assess and coach field personnel to aid in the progression of STACK employees through STACK’s competency program in conjunction with HSE.
- Work with HSE to ensure all incidents are investigated and reported in a thorough and timely manner.
- Create a presence with client well site representatives.
- Attend client walk throughs and CWOP’s.
- Work with HR and management in investigating personnel, performance, or conflict issues on site.
- Assist management with crew organization and scheduling to ensure adequate personnel experience is present on all projects.
- Conduct site walk through and site inspections regularly and report to management.
- Conduct follow up to ensure action items from walk throughs and inspections are executed in a timely manner.
- Help ensure there is service continuity throughout all projects.
- Assist in project planning, including crew and equipment selection.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance with supervisors, shop manager and operations manager.
- You may be required to cover field positions for short durations in times of very high crew utilization.
- You may be required to hot shot parts and personnel in certain situations.
- Required to be on call for emergency response.
Preferred Competencies:
- 10 years well testing field experience.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- PC Skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Management experience in well testing or other oilfield completions services.
- Flexible working schedule.
- Customer service experience.
This position is based out of Grande Prairie with the work location varying per client location in the surrounding areas.
