Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience in the cleaning industry. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Supervise and train cleaning staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage customer relationships and resolve issues
• Maintain inventory and supplies
• Analyze and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry or related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Bachelor's degree required
