Fish (Hand) Cutter

Our busy fish processing team is looking to add a few more members!

Job duties to include:

- Hand cutting multiple species of freshwater and saltwater fish (Lake yellow perch and pickerel, Atlantic salmon, halibut, mahi mahi, and others)

- Preparing and deconstructing/cleaning the processing space

Prospective employees must have previous relevant experience! This could include angling and filleting fish that's been caught or breaking down a fish in a kitchen environment.

Some weekend hours may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
