Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the business. Duties: - Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff - Implement and maintain company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll - Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals - Collaborate with the Manager on budgeting and financial planning Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in budgeting, payroll, and time management - Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate prices and resolve conflicts - Experience in recruiting, team management, and maintaining high standards of customer service Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective communication - Ability to handle budgeting tasks efficiently - Experience in supervising staff members effectively - Proficient in payroll management systems - Strong time management skills to meet deadlines consistently - Negotiation skills for pricing agreements with vendors - Recruitment experience to build a strong team Join our team as an Assistant Manager and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued and growth opportunities are available.
