Housekeeping Room Attendant

Position Summary – As a housekeeper you are responsible for ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and the quality of the Inn’s guestrooms and public spaces are met.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• 1-2 year Housekeeping in a boutique/hotel setting.
• WHMIS and Health & Safety Training an asset, however we will supply

Physical Requirements;

• Able to lift 20 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Bend, stand, reach for extended periods of time, extensively throughout the day
• Push cart weighing 50 lbs several times throughout the day

Schedule: 8 am to 4:30 including weekends.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience: Boutique or High End Hotel Housekeeper: 1-2 years

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• housekeeping: 2 years (required)
