As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving growth in Swan Chain. You will be responsible for owning the entire marketing function, from developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to overseeing all marketing campaigns and initiatives. We are seeking a visionary leader with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and digital marketing trends, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the social media team, come up with campaigns for user acquisition
• Work together with multiple agencies on KOLs, general communication and content creation
• Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across various platforms and channels.
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
• Plan and support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns; including international events.
• Own the social content development process, ensuring content is on-brand, on-time, and platform-relevant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as Head of Marketing, with a focus on the Web3 industry.
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent in English (must), excellent written and verbal communication skills with abilities to make group presentations.
• Strong project management, and decision-making skills.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Deep understanding of social media channels, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit.

It will be great if you have:

- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Web3.

- 2 years related experience in Canada

- Extensive knowledge of the market including key industries, key contacts and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
