We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage resources and timelines.

This job is based in Delta, but we work all over Metro Vancouver.

What you do as a project mananger in the painting industry:

- Help customers prepare for their paint job. This includes constant communication, scheduling and understanding their needs.

- Maintaining clear and thorough communication with our customers throughout the entire process and creating long lasting relationships.

- Managing the production schedule to ensure jobs are delivered on time by coordinating witb our painters and customers.

- Managing paint crews.

- Resolving any customer concerns or complaints that may arise- going above and beyond to ensure an excellent customer experience.

- Ensuring jobs are done correctly with clean job sites.

- Managing and maintaining profit margins for each job.

Skills and Requirements:

- Proven experience as Project Manager or similar role.

- You have a preference towards customer experience and pride yourself on your ability to serve people.

- You value relationships but know how to be a boss and a leader.

- You have strong communication skills and empathy.

-Strong organizatinal skills and time management skills and can bring order to a situation that doesnt have it.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excell and technology in general.

- Comfortable working 'in the field' and spending time in your car, on job sites and meeting with clients and workers.

- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and best practices preferred.

- Valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,500.00-$92,258.00 per year
